Leaders in Cardiac Prevention and Rehabilitation since 2007, our clinicians assist you in assessing your heart attack and stroke risk.
Whether you have heart disease or risk factors, we provide you with an individualized lifestyle program, designed by our leading heart health specialists.
When we look inside our “toolbox” to help you, our focus is on:
Safe
Non-invasive
Natural evidence-based treatments
While medications are important in a disease process it is not going to help you reverse disease process.
Your cardiac rehabilitation and prevention (cardiac rehab) program is designed to regain your strength and endurance with a personalized touch. Cardiac rehabilitation is a clinically supervised program to help patients recover quickly and optimize their overall physical and mental health.
Heart disease is progressive, so our goal is to reduce the risk of cardiac events (heart attack or stroke) or to keep an already present risk factor or condition from getting worse through risk factor modification strategies.
Our Cardiac rehabilitation program includes treating patients with additional conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, lung conditions and kidney disease.
IMPORTANCE OF CARDIAC REHABILITATION EXERCISE PROGRAMS
Heart attack survivors are at risk of more problems if they don’t begin a cardiac rehabilitation program within 30 days after their cardiovascular event.
Our cardiac rehabilitation (rehab) programs give you the tools you require to reverse heart disease progression.
This includes understanding heart disease diet, supplements and medications. We will give you the tools to ensure a safe and effective level of exercise.
We will also provide you the tools to recover quickly and return to work or your lifestyle of your choice.
Your rehab program will address emotional well being to reduce or prevent anxiety and depression.

WHO COMES TO CARDIAC REHABILITATION (REHAB)
In our cardiac rehabilitation (rehab) program we see people who are very young all the way up to their 90s. Heart disease does not discriminate; it knows no boundaries and can happen to anyone. Heart disease can present itself as coronary artery disease what we know as people who have suffered a heart attack, have an angioplasty or heart surgery.
It can be people with valvular disease who have had heart valve repair or heart valve replacement surgery. It can be people heart failure, myocarditis, cardiomyopathy, pericarditis, SCAD or heart arrhythmias. People who have had a heart transplant or even those presented with angina.
Cardiac rehabilitation (rehab) is equally helpful to both men and women. It can improve your overall health and prevent future heart problems and even death.
MEDICAL FITNESS PROGRAMS:
Exercise is the best medicine. Our focus is to provide you with clinical personal training where we can monitor your heart rate, heart rhythm (ECG), blood pressure, oxygen levels and levels of fitness.
We help with accountability and/or confidence to ensure you get your best medicine. Our programs are tailored to suit your fitness goals, whether you are trying to climb a mountain, get back to playing a sport you love, or just being able to climb the stairs safely.
When you have cardiovascular disease you just want to ensure you can exercise safely and effectively as heart disease can progress. We have a bigger goal; we want to improve your wellness so it is bigger than the disease.
